About TechShare

Non-Profit County-Owned Technology

Our Story

TechShare was created in 2004 with the belief that counties should have a way to collaborate on developing technology solutions. What began as a pilot program has grown into a comprehensive suite of integrated justice and government management solutions for the public sector.

In 2019, the TechShare Local Government Corporation was formed to enable counties to obtain use of the developed software through an interlocal agreement, furthering our mission to aid local governments in realizing efficiencies and economies of scale through collaboration.

Our Mission

To aid and act on behalf of member local governments to realize efficiencies and economies of scale through collaboration in acquiring, developing, operating, and maintaining information technology goods and services to serve the interests of those local governments and their respective citizens.

Our Core Values
